Founded in 2011 by Matt, MH Electrical (SW) Ltd has grown into a family run business providing domestic and commercial electrical services. Based in Gloucester, our team cover Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Wiltshire, Bristol and the Cotswolds. We offer a ‘no job too big or too small approach’ to our work ethic; all enquiries are encouraged from changing a pendant to full rewire services or testing or inspecting a factory unit. We also provide services to Lettings Agents and Landlords, priding ourselves on being reliable in providing affordable electrical property maintenance and testing, especially in those all-important emergency tenant power loss scenarios.

Qualifying from Gloucestershire College with City & Guilds 2330-01 in 2009 and City & Guilds 2391 in 2010, and with a background in aerospace electronics, Matt’s experience and interest in electrical design has developed over the years to include heating installation and lighting design.  Most recently Matt’s expertise has grown sufficiently enough to create our sister company, Solaris PV Ltd, having first qualified in City & Guilds Solar PV 2372 in 2010 and refreshing his qualifications and adding Battery Storage Installation in 2024. MH Electrical is accredited with the NICEIC and Solaris with the MCS allowing you to feel confident that you are choosing a qualified, experienced electrical provider adhering to industry legislation and standards.
